Nice half female style Swedish Mora grandfather clock. The case is natural Scandinavian pine, polished. Rectangular base with small ball feet, triangular middle section, round shape hood with slightly raised crown.
The hood has convex glass. The door is steel hinged with hidden hook latch. The middle section is also steel hinged and latching hardware.
The case has no sign of any wood worm activity. 
The movement is a 1 week steel plated model with double bell chiming on the hour. This is completely serviced and has been running well. It does chime appropriately 1 minute before the hour. The clock dial has been repainted in the original colors of white with black Arabic hour numerals and the town of Mora on the bottom half. The clock hands are open cut brass metal. 
If you choose the higher price, I will provide a 1 year warranty on the movement and I will provide you with clock documentation.
 
Delivery and setup is extra based upon location  but normally runs 45-65€ for the Wiesbaden and Kaiserslautern area. Stuttgart is 150€ and Grafenwoehr-Vilseck-Ansbach 250€.
